The Company considers the proper protection of customer personal information to be an important responsibility. This Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled in the sales support AI service "SalesBuddy" (the "Service"). 当社は、お客様の個人情報を適切に保護することを重要な責務であると考えています。本プライバシーポリシーは、営業支援AIサービス「SalesBuddy」（以下「本サービス」といいます。）における個人情報の取扱いについて説明するものです。

1. Information We Collect 1. 取得する情報

The Service collects the following information: 本サービスは、以下の情報を取得します。

• Google Calendar Information: Event titles, dates and times, details, participants, etc. Google カレンダー情報：予定のタイトル、日時、詳細、参加者等
• Outlook Calendar Information: Event titles, dates and times, details, participants, etc. Outlook カレンダー情報：予定のタイトル、日時、詳細、参加者等
• Meeting Data: When configured by the user, our Service receives meeting metadata (such as meeting topic, scheduled time, and participant list) and text transcripts from third-party meeting bot infrastructure (e.g., Attendee). The bot joins Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams meetings on the user's calendar and provides text transcripts back to the Service. We do NOT store audio or video recordings of meetings; only text transcripts and AI-derived analyses (e.g., meeting minutes, summaries, deal analyses) are retained. 会議データ：お客様の設定に基づき、本サービスは、第三者の会議ボットインフラ（例：Attendee）から会議のメタデータ（会議のタイトル、開催予定時刻、参加者一覧等）および文字起こしテキストを受領します。当該ボットは、お客様のカレンダーに登録された Zoom、Google Meet または Microsoft Teams の会議に参加し、文字起こしテキストを本サービスに提供します。当社は、会議の音声または映像の録音・録画を保存しません。保管されるのは、文字起こしテキストおよび AI による分析結果（議事録、要約、商談分析等）に限られます。
• Slack Information: Messages from authorized channels, user information, etc. Slack 情報：認可されたチャンネルのメッセージ、ユーザー情報等
• Service Usage Information: Usage history, AI dialogue content, feature usage status, etc. サービス利用情報：利用履歴、AI との対話内容、機能の利用状況等
• Customer-Provided Information: Settings information, feedback, etc. お客様提供情報：設定情報、フィードバック等

2. Purpose of Use 2. 利用目的

The collected information is used for the following purposes: 当社は、取得した情報を、以下の目的のために利用します。

• Providing sales support functions 営業支援機能の提供
• Providing AI dialogue functions AI 対話機能の提供
• Operating and improving the Service 本サービスの運営および改善
• Customer support カスタマーサポート
• Statistical analysis related to sales support (after anonymization) 営業支援に関する統計分析（匿名化後）

Please note that your information will not be used for AI model training. なお、お客様の情報は、AI モデルの学習には利用されません。

3. Third-party Service Integration Policy 3. 第三者サービス連携に関する方針

SalesBuddy integrates with various third-party services to provide enhanced functionality. Our use of data from these services adheres to their respective policies and the following restrictions: 本サービスは、機能向上のため、各種第三者サービスと連携しています。当社によるこれらのサービス由来データの利用は、各サービスの定めるポリシーおよび以下の制限に従います。

We affirm that our use of Google user data complies with Google's Limited Use requirements. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the following restrictions: 当社は、Google ユーザーデータの利用が Google の Limited Use 要件に準拠することを表明します。Google APIs から受領した情報の利用は、以下の制限に従います。

• Google user data is not used for AI/ML model training or improvement Google ユーザーデータを AI／機械学習モデルの学習または改善のために利用することはありません。

Specific usage: 具体的な利用目的：

• Google Calendar API: meeting schedule integration and preparation reminders. Google Calendar API：会議予定の連携および事前リマインドのために利用されます。
• Google Vertex AI: AI processing of meeting transcripts and user requests (e.g., generating meeting minutes, summaries, and deal analyses). Per Google's Vertex AI policies, data sent to Vertex AI is NOT used for AI model training. Google Vertex AI：会議の文字起こしテキストおよびユーザーリクエストを処理するために利用されます（議事録、要約、商談分析等の生成）。Google の Vertex AI ポリシーに従い、Vertex AI に送信されたデータは AI モデルの学習には利用されません。

We use user data obtained through Microsoft-provided APIs only to the extent necessary to provide or improve user-facing features in our application. 当社は、Microsoft が提供する API を通じて取得したユーザーデータについて、ユーザーに明示された機能を提供し、または改善するために必要な範囲内でのみ利用します。

Specific usage: Outlook calendar information, accessed via the Microsoft Graph API, is used solely for meeting schedule integration and preparation reminders. 具体的な利用目的：Outlook カレンダー情報は、Microsoft Graph API を通じて取得し、会議予定の連携および事前リマインドのためにのみ利用されます。

4. Data Storage and Management 4. データの保管および管理

• Collected data is securely stored in cloud environments within Japan. 取得したデータは、日本国内のクラウド環境において安全に保管されます。
• Data is stored only during the service contract period and will be completely deleted within an appropriate period upon contract termination. データは、サービス契約期間中に限り保管され、契約終了後は適切な期間内に完全に削除されます。
• Unused Data: While our app may receive certain metadata or system logs during standard operation (such as ID information contained in Slack payloads), this data is processed only as needed for connectivity and security purposes, and is not retained for any further use. 未使用データについて：本サービスは、通常の運用上、一定のメタデータまたはシステムログ（例：Slack のペイロードに含まれる ID 情報等）を受領する場合がありますが、これらは接続性およびセキュリティのために必要な範囲でのみ処理され、それ以外の目的のために保持されることはありません。

You have the following rights regarding your personal information. You may object to our processing of your personal information for certain purposes, including direct marketing and profiling. ダイレクトマーケティングおよびプロファイリング等の特定の目的による個人情報の処理に対して、異議を申し立てる権利を有します。

(7) Right to Withdraw Consent (7) 同意撤回権

You may disconnect any third-party service integration (such as Google Calendar, Outlook Calendar, or Slack) at any time through your account settings. Google カレンダー、Outlook カレンダー、Slack 等の第三者サービス連携は、アカウント設定からいつでも解除することができます。

Right to Lodge a Complaint 監督機関への苦情申立権

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data protection supervisory authority. 欧州経済領域（EEA）、英国またはスイスにお住まいのお客様は、現地のデータ保護監督機関に苦情を申し立てる権利を有します。
