2. Purpose of Use

• Providing AI dialogue functions
• Operating and improving the Service

• Statistical analysis related to sales support (after anonymization)

Please note that your information will not be used for AI model training.

Google APIs

We affirm that our use of Google user data complies with Google's Limited Use requirements. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the following restrictions:

• We only use Google user data to provide or improve user-facing features that are prominent in our application
• Google user data is not transferred to others unless necessary to provide a user-facing feature
• Google user data is not used or transferred for advertising purposes
• Google user data is not used or transferred to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes
• Google user data is not used for AI/ML model training or improvement

Specific usage: Google Calendar API is used solely for meeting schedule integration and preparation reminders.

4. Data Storage and Management

• Collected data is securely stored in cloud environments within Japan.
• Data is stored only during the service contract period and will be completely deleted within an appropriate period upon contract termination.
• Unused Data: While our app may receive certain metadata or system logs during standard operation (e.g., IDs from Slack payloads), we do not use this data for any feature or purpose other than maintaining service connectivity and security.

5. Information Sharing (Third-Party Provision)

The Company will not provide personal information to third parties except when required by law or with customer consent.

Information may be shared with contractors (cloud service providers, development partners, etc.) within the scope necessary for service provision.

6. Your Rights
